In 2022, the membership renewal process will change from Internet Rechartering 1.0 through the ScoutNet system, to Internet Rechartering 2.0 through the My.Scouting system. This was done to increase speed and efficiency in the annual membership validation process.

As a result, unit leaders will no longer be given an access code to log in to the previous web address for internet rechartering. Instead, Internet Rechartering may be accessed by by logging into Internet Advancement by of the following leaders: the Unit Leader (Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Advisor, Skipper), Charter Organization Representative, Committee Chair or Key 3 Delegate.

Located at, the new Internet Recharter system provides a more simplistic approach to rechartering and can be completed from start to finish without a single piece of paper changing hands.
