Friends of Scouting Friends of Scouting (FOS) is the annual fund raising campaign where the Old North State Council asks Scouting families, businesses and civic-minded citizens to support our mission of providing the Scouting program to thousands of young people in Central North Carolina. Interested in helping our council? Click here to donate online. After clicking the FOS link, select Donate Now on the right, then click update information and select the option Friends of Scouting. Leave a Legacy Gifts of cash or securities to the Old North State Council’s permanent endowment trust fund are never spent; only the interest is used to further the programs and outreach of the Old North State Council
Memorials &Tributes Would you like to make a tax deductible donation to the Old North State Council in memory or in honor of a loved one? Select Donate Now from the link above. Click update information and select the option Memorial/Honorarium. Then in the Notes section let us know about your gift. If an address is provided we will send the family a notice letting them know a gift has been made in their loved one’s memory/honor.
